You can choose to use a standalone version of Rimses in your various companies and sites. Each site or entity has its own tree diagram structure, procedures, articles, departments, employees etc.. This offers each company the advantage of focusing itself optimally on the specific local situation. Economies of scale can be achieved by hosting the solution on a common platform.

You can also choose to use one common database within the group. To organize the workload for the different departments and maintenance services, you can limit access to the database to your own department or service. . In regard to management, this is a very straightforward and simple cooperation mechanism.

Our Multi-environment solution combines the best of both worlds. If desired, each location or entity can have its own set of data. But you can also choose to share information. Centralized stock management for all companies allows performing stock transfers. Centralized purchase management also gives you a better negotiation position with suppliers.

Rimses also supports multi-language features. Our default languages (Dutch, French and English) can be extended with other languages by using a translation tool. Or we can help you with your translations.

Technical access

Rimses can technically be accessed in various manners. Besides the installation of our software on a hardware infrastructure, we also provide our Rimses software as a SaaS solution (Software as a Service), which is accessible via our own RealDolmen Data Centre.
