The tree structure is a very accessible instrument that allows you to manage and record all information about your establishments, departments, processes, installations and machines in a structure that groups your assets for maintenance management. Actions can be taken directly from the tree structure. If time is of the essence, you can immediately terminate the work instead of first creating a work order. This way, no precious time or information is lost.

These spare parts are usually serviced in a workshop where they are reconditioned or repaired. For this, the parts are taken out of the machine and disassembled while another part is built in.
To support this process, Rimses has functionalities which provide you with an instant view on the stock of available spare parts and their condition. Moreover, the system can suggest which spare part ought to be use based on its condition. When changing a spare part, it is possible to automatically update the tree structure (BOM). To do this, functional positions under which repairables are built in and out can be used.
You get a systematic insight in the history of these actions and their costs. The costs of an overhaul or a repair are allocated to the spare part. You can make an analysis of the costs of a spare part for a certain installation. The costs for repair are included in the average price of the part. The costs for assembling and disassembling the part are allocated to the installation.
Furthermore, the transactions and stock of a spare part can be monitored as a general article with information about the individualized spare parts.
Follow up the budget for installations
Information about the estimate for works and the required material can be compared to the actual costs made for the project. This way, you have a clear view on the costs for the execution of the work, material costs, the costs for outsourced work and all sorts of various costs that are attributed to an asset on the work order, allowing you to make adjustments where required.
